Your everyday routine looks a lot different than it did just a few weeks ago, but our focus on keeping you healthy has never waivered. We’re 110% committed to helping you meet your nutrition and exercise goals. We’ve also added even more resources to support your wellbeing, including videos on meditation and relaxation techniques, immune system support and workouts you can do at home. Visit the CDC for the best and most up-to-date information on how to protect yourself and your family during this world health crisis. The CDC’s mental health page is full of good advice for coping with related stress and anxiety. And for local resources (to learn about testing availability and locations, etc.) each state has its own COVID-19 webpage
