It may still be “early days” for Sue and Yes Health, but she already feels more energized and is excited for what the next few weeks have in store.
“The advice, encouragement and support is motivating and empowering. The Yes Health coaches have enabled me to make some BIG changes to my eating and lifestyle habits. Taking photos of my food through the app is helping me learn about portion size and keeps me accountable. My favorite meal so far is breakfast. I look forward to my morning smoothie—SO much more than the boring cereal I used to eat! It’s made with soy milk, milled linseed, fruit, spinach and cottage cheese—a combination I would never have thought of without the advice of the coaches.
Being able to speak to a real person about my challenges and successes makes such a difference. The best part? The coaches are completely non-judgemental. With their help, I’ve become a lot more active and enjoy walking—usually with my husband and dog, so they’re getting fitter too! The focus on wellbeing has also been good for me—especially doing more meditation and deep breathing.
I’ve already lost weight and have a greater sense of overall wellness.”
